Help for choosing DVD reproduction system

hi all.
I want to buy a reproduction DVD system by at least 7TB Hard drive and 10 DVD writers.
I want this system for:
burn DVD using DVD-Writers of datas stored on HDDs. and it can write on any DVD different datas (for example on DVD-writer 1 writes a program and on DVD-writer 2 writes a movie and on writer-3 ...).
and even if all writers want to write a unit file, i Have'nt any trouble with speed (i mean specific file on specific hard drive.).

someone offer me connect hards using RAID0 (i have backup of all 7TB hards and no matter security of data on disk )

if you guid me what to do
i will tank you.

sorry for my bad English...
