I have just registered on this forum and am based in Thailand, but use a UK bank which the Worldpay payments are directed to.

Worldpay have processed my card payments for about five years now but I have not received a single payment from them since Octobar, 2008. I do have the pleasure of watching my money pile up in their reserve every week for a variety of spurious reasons. They now hold $ 10,000.

The most recent excuse is "money laundering" concerns despite them receiving confirmation from my regular bank that I am entirely genuine.

I am now resorting to asking my clients to reverse all of the payments I have not received and either sending me bank transfers or paying by a new Merchant facility which I am setting up.

Does anyone have experience of Durango?

They are a solid and reliable company which has been around for longer then most of the payment processors out there...!
