Runtime Error HelpI am trying to use itunes on my computer and I keep getting a runtime error that looks like this:
Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library Runtime Error! Program:C:\program files\itunes\itunes.exe R6002-floating point support not loaded I tried to reinstall itunes and restart my computer and no luck.Any help would be great in trying to help me fix this problem.Please if possible give step by step instructions because I am not that swift with computers.Thanks to all. |

I got that error due to a video codec iTunes doesn't play nice with. Try uninstalling all your codecs and see if it fixes the problem. Search the net for the exact type of codec, it is a known problem. Best regards, Lucian __________________
