I experienced really big problems with my computer shutting down and lagging while watching videos or playing games, and I blamed my video card driver. I reinstalled it like 5 times, but nothing changed. I start a game, play for about 10 minutes, screen turns black and comes back with an ATI error box saying there was an error, blah blah blah, send or don't send error report. I was really driving me crazy. I even cleaned the inside of my computer. NOTHING changed. This week, when I start a game, it plays for 5 minutes and the computer shuts down for no reason I got really p***ed off. I decided to buy a new video card. When I tried to take my video card out, it burned my finger. IT WAS FREAKING HOT!!! I took it out and...OH MY GOD!!! WHAT THE HELL IS THAT!!?? Look at the picture above. That's my video card.
I took it apart and cleaned EVERYTHING. It was as clean as it could get. I put it back and everything works perfectly thanks to my uncle Max who noticed that the computer was too hot (overheating). I still need to buy some thermopaste because some of it scrathced off in the process of cleaning, but it's working fine. PEOPLE, PLEASE DON'T FORGET TO CLEAN YOUR COMPUTER FROM INSIDE AND OUTSIDE AND ALL THE PARTS AT LEAST ONCE EVERY 1-2 MONTHS!!! YOU WILL END UP WITH A BURNT VIDEO CARD!!!

My video card is water-cooled.
