Max Sys Memory for PCI mode textures ?

I want to know what's the best amount for 'maximum system memory for PCI mode textures'? Mine is currently set at default 47mb.

And also what's the best setting for 'screen refresh rate'? I set mine to 75Hertz but i can to a maximum of 85Hertz. I'm using 32-bit colour and a 15" monitor.

My system are AMD AthlonXP 1.15Ghz, 384MB SDRAM and 128MB DDR GeForceFX 5200.
