Problem installing ns2.26 in debian4.0r5


Hi,
I am trying to install ns2.26 on the debian 4.0r5.I have followed the instructions from www.matthewjmiller.net couldnt however edit the configure files that he suggested to.I just continued with the installation.I got the following message when tcl8.3.2 was being built:

I realise error is in the configure file of the tcl8.3.2 but i am unable to edit it.Also my g++-2.95 is not being detected..Kindly help.I have a project submission coming soon.
