help.... SLR * algorithm


help....
i doing a assignment like a maze,
i need the SLR * algorithm the get backtracking when i seaching somethings

can anyone help me find this algorithm,

Sorry, I am not up on all the computer lingo. What exactly is SLR?

I'm sorry I post to this thread after all this time, I just saw it and wanted to stand out with my compiler design knowledge

I think she reffers to the SLR parsing algorithm (Left Right-most derivation - the S might stand for Something or Sets) .
It is used as far as I know for LL(1) grammars - most restrictive there are. Or maybe those were LL(0)? Watever, I took this course almost 2 years ago

google "slr+algorithm", then ignore all of the "Single Lens Reflex" camera references.
