Fx 5600xt BLACK SCREEN !!!

as i can see i'm not the only one with that annoying problem. black screen in the middle of the game....
i have bought a comp with ge force ti 4800 se (of inno 3d) about a year ago.
after "some" black screens i've changed it to fx 5600xt (256).
but the problem isn't solved yet....
i've asked some guys that told me that it's the common problem of fx 5600 produced by inno 3d. so can u help me with advise or somethnig because i don't know what to do now after i've changed ti to fx and black screen problem is still bothering me.
my comp features:
cpu: 2400 ht
motherboard: gigabyte p4 titan (GA-8IPE1000) agp8x....
intel 865pe chipset

well it happened once when i've tested direct 3d in dx 9 diagnostics,
and it happens in games like Warcraft 3, tony hawk pro skater 4, renegade...
i've set refresh rate to 60 and color to 16 bit but i still see black monitor 1 time per 2 hours in average...

How hot is your computer running? You may have an overheating problem.

hmmm yes when i was using ti 4800 i had that problem, my comp was hot like stove, but with fx 5600 i keep comp open and i've installed a fan under the card, but that didn't solved the problem.

Was the card hot or the CPU or the chipset? Use an app like AIDA32 to see how hot your computer is running.

ok i've checked temperature with AIDA32 (nice program by the way)
and i don't have above 25 c there. (25, 21, 25).
and before....my comp just was hot and i don't know exactly what it was.
i don't think that overheating is the cause of the problem, at least now

by the way i've checked some agp info and that's what i got:
agp rates suported: 1x 2x 4x
current agp transfer rate: 2x
SBA enabled
fast writes enabled
maybe i have to download new drivers and change somehow agp setting, or upgrade it...

Make sure you have the correct AGP system drivers for your motherboard.

hmmm....i've downloaded new versions of chipset and nvidia drivers (53-03)
(btw what's better 53-03 or 53-06?).
about agp drivers, well..that's someting new for me
but i think i have them...
very strange ****:
when i looked in preferances of my comp on geforse card it wrote me that the card is located in PCI slot1
hmm and how can i modify bios agp settings? like turning off fast writes
and making agp aperture size larger. in bios i don't have agp setting at all... maybe i shall upgrade bios (no idea how).
