I want to buy a scanner immediately for my office. I need to know mode, brand & anything. Please help OK.

Depends on what you're using it for. Many scanners are defined by the number of DPI it's able to scan (DPI = resolution) - so if you're just scanning documents or photos you wont want to have a hi end scanner (unless you're into photography and/or digital media/art/etc)

Secondly Canon I think in my history of buying products have been the best so far (Printers too) - though Epson has been around longer in that market, so it depends on what you're really wanting. Maybe a multi-functional scanner/printer??
