Hey, i need a good upload feature for my site

I need a program on my site where a user can go to a specific page and be able to upload files to a folder on my server. I need this program to be able to limit the extensions and maybe size.

I went to hotscripts.com and there are SOOOOO many. I was wondering if anyone knows of a good, FREE, easy to install upload feature for my website they can refer me too.

Thanks
Alex

Do I know one? Nope. But looking at some of the statistics for:
Fileupload Class
Official HomePage
You can tell it gets a lot of hits and downlaods.

Quote:
Use PHP and a web browser to upload images or text files to your server. This object cleans up file names (by removing unsafe characters and converting spaces to underscore), moves the uploaded file to a specified directory, and displays the results.

The class also handles duplicate file names, with three different modes: [1] overwrite existing files, [2] rename the new file ( 'filename_copy1.ext' ), or [3] protect, do-nothing mode.

I downloaded the one from the link u gave me. It seems decent but i cant upload files more than 15kb, and small dimensions of the image. I tried editing the code a few times but i am not good at php. I basicly screwed it up. I have this other one i started using (also from hotscripts).

This other one is rly good, it has a multiple file upload ability, it sends me an email when ever anyone uploads to my server, and it has password protection abilities. BUT It claims it will rename files automaticly (Ex: "Red Pepper.gif" ---> Red_Pepper.gif) But it doesnt. So i sent the creator an email about the bug.

But i need something that installs itself because i am not good with php and it takes me hours of tinkering with something before i get it to work.

So anyone have any good easy to use upload features u guys use?
