Do your own research.

Everything is file, if i not mistaken picture and flash is same concepts, then read them into vector or array then do some processing.

It would be desirable to see example in Visual C++ 2005 with Macromedia Shockwave Flash ActiveX.

Flash memory is non-volatile computer memory that can be electrically erased and reprogrammed. It is a technology that is primarily used in memory cards and USB flash drives for general storage and transfer of data between computers and other digital products.

I believe the OP is referring to the Macromedia Flash format.

Yes, he is refer to Macromedia Flash format.

Look for Flash API that help you do that.
