02-Sept was the inital launch of google browser - the Google Chrome.

I have tried downloading this and test. pretty fast. good refresh.
needs a bit improvement of interface. but then again, i am used to using
Firefox. probably, i'll be monitoring the progress of this beta.

I was watching the videos last night, and I am definitely going to download and install it today.

I'd like to try it but I have to wait until they either offer a Mac or Linux version. It's interesting though. I like the idea that each tab is a separate process; not having the whole browser crash when a poorly written web site causes a crash would be nice.

Even if it doesn't do very much for the browsing experience, at least it will push other browsers to rethink how they work, much like how Opera encouraged the others to use tabs.

I just like it because I'm a Google fanboy!
