MFC for beginners


Please if any body can help me with a good refrence or book or at least a tutorial for beginner in the mfc

or another idea one of the member who know mfc and they are professional in it give a simple example in mfc for us and explain it

and this member could then make a session course for teaching the mfc for beginner
and this will benefit him very much and will help us too

i hope any who could provide help just give it

thank you very mich for those helpful links
but it is better if we could explain those tutorials in another way that is close to the beginner level and explain every code line we write
i think it will be better
please if you could help in explaining you can help us
we will be very thankful
and iam also trying to do the same thing

My favorite site for basic tutorials in MFC is functionx. Code project also have some great beginning tutorials on their page. Also, code project and code source are good if you looking on ways to create/enhance the features of your code, but for the beginner I would recommend avoiding those articles until you have grasped the basics. Writing tutorials takes a lot of work and there are several good places that have tutorials in MFC. The best advice is start with one of these sites to learn the basic then slowly create a program and slowly add different features and controls to your program to get a decent all around experience in MFC. After that you can work on subclassing and enhancing the features of the MFC controls.
