how to execute / run a batch file in assembly language compiled in tasm???

Batch files are executed by an interpreter built into the operating system shell. So you can't execute them directly from an application, whether written in assembler or any other language. The only way you might be able to do it is to execute the shell, and pass the name of the batch file to it as an argument.
