OnReceive notification failed from 2nd time onwards in Windows Socket Programming.Hai any one can help me...
I have been working on windows socket programming for my new project.. i found some thing is wrong in that. SCENARIO AS FOLLOWS: My socket application (Dialog based application in VC++ MFC) is communicating with .NET application(WEB). Here VC++ application is server application and .NET application is client. Each send action from WEB application creates client socket and it sends the data to server and it waits for the response.. after response reached to client, client gets closed or if there is no response from server to client within specified time, then also client gets closed. PROBLEM AS FOLLOWS: My server is running fine if the web server(Client to my application) and my application is running in same system.. but if both are in different systems my server application receives data first time only.. from second time onwards My server didn't get OnReceive notfication.. What might be the reason.. please help me to trace this cunning problem. NOTE:: I Derived my server socket from CSocket For each client connection i created communication object and it gets closed at the end of client closed. OnAccept and Onclose notfications working fine but OnReceive notification received only first time. |
