i got same prob wit tha flickering thing it wud b very greatful if u cud find that utility

i will do the best i can. now i need to know ur mobo(motherboard) and ur chipset that is built into ur mobo for example my mobo is matsonic blah blah and my chipset is sis 730 now if u could provide that info it would be great.
