That's a personal preference of mine, I am a bit obsessed by html entities in my markup so I like them bold usually

Just yesterday I edited most of the example values on this page: http://www.gidforums.com/misc.php?do=bbcode i.e. NONE of the links on that page point to vbulletin.com anymore. __________________
