Hi I am totally new to both my website and adsense so please forgive me if I make a fool of myself with these questions.

I have just copied the adsense search code to my site and put it where I think it should go. Google asks to insert the code where I want the search results to appear. Have absolutely no idea what they are talking about here! Please a heads up on this would be good? I had thought the results would come up in a box in front of the searcher, so what do I know?

Then when I was completing the set up it said to type the name of the search engine eg. "Type A Search Engine Type B Search Engine etc" I have no search engine that I know of, can you tell me what they mean by this?

When I put the code in etc. and republished the site (I am on StoresonlinePro) and tried to use the Google search I couldn't get a result, I just wanted to see if it worked, obviously it didn't, so I have done something wrong! Does anyone know what I might have done?

The best is to identify where your html file is (for your webpage you want the adsense search on ) and paste your code instead of using reasy modules or web2.0 platforms.

You can also avoid this option from setting of ads.

after that you dont need to put code you are talking about.

Right now you can past that code in body part.

After search google will display search results to that place.
