Question

Newbie needs help with "Permission denied"

OK, In order to do some web developement, I set up Apache, php, mysql, and phpmyadmin in Win XP on my local machine using an install script. I performed the installation under the admin account. When I start the package in the admin account everything works fine. I sometimes like to get on the online forums while developing so to keep system security I logged off the admin account and logged on my limited user account and started the package. I got the error message:

Code:
(13) Permission denied. Could not open transfer log file d:/xxxxx/yyyyy/apache/logs/access.log

Please, Why? and What can I do to start the package from the limited user account?

Thanks, Charles
