Method POST is not allowed on the URLHi everyone,
I'm having a bit of a strange problem. On on of my partner's sites, I need to log in to their control panel. After entering my information, and clicking submit, I get a "Method POST is not allowed on the URL" It appears to be a code error at first, but it works fine on all my other computers. I've tried everything I can think to fix this, including reseting all my web settings back to their defaults. Thanks for your help in advance, Josh |

I have ONLY come across this once or twice before... it happens with only some sites (e.g. homepage of Google.com).
What little I found out is that it has something to do with the page you're currently at (if it has a form with some data filled in) and you're using Microsoft's Internet Explorer. I can still reproduce this quite easily but it almost NEVER happens with Mozilla Firebird (which I use now 99% of the time). __________________

Nope,
Norton Internet Security was the culprit. Josh |
