Dual Boot= ReliefWell I finally did it. I set up a Dual boot between Xp and 98 and I'm not dissappointed one bit. My old games which seemed bugged up on Xp, ran flawlessly as they did before on 98. Also running my emulated games which ran awsome on 98 are back
I know 98 is Crap at times and Xp rocks and vice versa (in rare cases hehe), is way I set up the Dual boot, Of coarse I bought a new 80 gig hdd 1st and just did a split 40 40 for each Os. The trick is installing Xp last and making sure you set the file system to FAT32 for both Os's, that way you can see both drives no matter which Os you are in and don't have to worry about having just a 40 gig boundary. I suggest people do the same who are having problems running old games...gets rid of all the hussle and fussle PERIOD!! |

I'm sorry we were unable to find a work around such as a patch or fix of some kind. But I'm glad that you got your game running.
