Where can you upload your own avatar and sig?
I cant seem to find it under the User CP section

When you go to the UserCP look at the top of the left column.

lol it only lets me have those masks! and theres no girly ones no option to let me have Custom one!
And still nothing for sig - I swear Im not blind lol, do you have to wait till you reach a certain number of posts maybe?

Yes, you need to have enough posts and get promoted to the next level.
