Access denied on Windows Recovery Console

I've been trying to resolve the Missing or corrupt c:\windows\system32\drivers\ntfs.sys. problem I've had for a while and I've been following the steps on this site.
www.computerhope.com

I can get all the way to the part where you have to type in commands.
Quote:
At the command prompt type the below command.

copy x:\i386\ntfs.sys c:\windows\system32\drivers

* In the above example you would replace x: with the letter of your CD-ROM drive. Many computers have the CD-ROM drive configured as the D: drive.

For some reason whenever I type in "copy d:/i386/ntfs.sys c:/windows/system32/drivers" it always says access denied.

I was wondering if anyone knows why this is happening to me?
