SERIAL port help


hello comrades. i need a piece of advice and help.
i have 2 servo motors(futaba) and i cant make them move through serial port (com2) at all.
anybody can help me in this matter?
i need a code in pascal or vb6 or vba. (in this softwares i manage to command until now only the parallel port and to light some leds )
but now im stuck with this com2. heeelp heeelp heeelp

ps. or a link to some nice and easy tutorials ?
