I just emailed http://forthardknox.com/2008/03/27/hillary-wasnt-lying-bosnia-gunfire-footage-discovered/ to a bunch of friends. One of them immediately responded with a complaint that it showed "naked women".

I've opened it on three computers in two browsers and I do not see any naked women. I wouldn't expect her to pull my leg, so I don't know how to explain this.

Does anyone have any ideas?

I didn't see anything wrong with the video; there are certainly no 'naked women' in it.

It is possible she has a virus on her PC, or maybe her HOSTS file is compromised - leading her to a questionable site when any request is made to youtube.com.

A couple of other possibilities come to mind:


1. Sometimes there are little streams of thumbnails scrolling across the bottom of a video. These may have (or may at least hint at) somewhat more salacious material on youtube.

2. (1) and /or: The complainer has no sense of humor.

3. (1) and/or (2) and/or: The complainer is a really big fan of a particular candidate and can't stand to see anyone poking fun at him/her.

4. (1) and/or (2) and/or (3) and/or: The complainer recognizes the power of the fear factor if anyone brings up even a hint of harassment of any kind. (But seriously: I hope this was not sent to or from a machine at your workplace.)

My personal pet peeve: Someone posts something with the word "naked" in it but I can't find any naked stuff there, no matter how much I try. I mean, there just isn't enough naked stuff on the internet to keep me happy. Really.
