"zero-footprint" browser

Hello there,
One of these days i stumbled on one article
www.scmagazineus.com
It is about browser wars Fx vs.IE
At the foot of this article there is a subtitle about so called “zero-footprint” browser that seems to provide enhanced security in
web surfing rather then Fx and IE
Its called e-Capsule Private Browser
I have found info about one in wiki en.wikipedia.org
Have anyone heard or tried it
