Dear All,

I have a question about forms/documents recognition systems. i want to develop an application that can automatically classify a group of documents (each document is a single page) and intelligently match each document with one of a predefined templates. i would really appreciate your help if you could tell me about any available resources that may help me in finding algorithms specialized in detecting the similarities between two document images or any algorithms talk about the automatic recognition/identification/recognition of documents (such as financial documents, contracts, application form, ...etc).
