Re: Testing script questiounWhere did you put the script? If you uploaded it to your server, just type yourdomain.com/test.php (or whatever TLD you have if not .com
If you haven't a web server... strange... you should get php.net and then you'll be able to do basic testing with php.exe. For example, I check syntax of my scripts with php -l myscript.php. You can also just run scripts with php script.php... You can also install a ready-to-run server (for example www.apachefriends.org) on your own computer and test everything on it. You'll be able to enter 127.0.0.1/test.php to see the script working. |

Re: Testing script questiounyea I have a ready to run server but I can't get it to test the script. The script is on my desktop in a folder. Should I type the path to it ? Whenever I try to test it it gives me " page cannot be displayed"
