Increase partitions size while there is data on itHello,
Code:
I can't do another reboot now as I am in the middle of my nightly "working on LFS". My question(s) are: Will the e2fs eventually see the new size? Is there something else I should do? I would try another mke2fs on hda7 but wouldn't that make the date un-retrievable like dos format? I'm almost positive I did this a couple of years ago in my RH9 install, but I think it was a vfat partition whose size was changed, and went fine. Anybody? . Thanks , Howard(); |
