there is an experimental module for apache named mod_case_filter_in.c . can anyone give me its directives or tell me how to test it?

I think this is more a question for the Apache Developers / module developers
asfar as I've seen this module is already quite old..
maybe it's not developed anymore, inluding docs for it

I know its quite old but i am developing a module where the base is mod_case_filter_in.c and i don't know how to test if it is working. There is another module that i found on the net namely mod_apachecon.c there was some bugs which i solved but enable to test it if it really solve the bugs. If i got the directives for one then i can check the module i'm developing.
help me if you can please
