i am new to apache. just installed it but am having some trouble with the server. when i go to the localhost the page loads perfect but when i try to access it from the outside the pictures donw load and i cant download any files off the site. i am running the new apache 2 on windows xp pro corp service pack 1 edition. i have all the critical hot fixes and i am preaty sure its not my router or firewall as they are configured correctly.

im not new to apache but i also cant download any files from the server (other then html and text files).
i recently upgraded to apache 2.0.49, it was working correctly a few weeks ago but i cant remember witch version it was (it might have been version 2.0.44).

WindowsXP pro SP1 is my os
Zone alarm pro as my firewall and its set up correctly

some help would be nice.

there are no errors in the error log

apache 1.3 works fine but i do not want to use that version.
