Hey ive had nod32 on my computer for a little while and something happened to it so i uninstalled esat from add and remove programs and tried to install McAfee on my system with no luck, its saying nod32 is still on my computer but i uninstalled it. i still see a esat folder in my program files but will not let me delete it

Ok...

Do this:
Download Windows Cleanup Utility from here..
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290301

Install it, and run it..
After it Scans through your machine it will list down all the programs installed in the machine, find any NOD entries and remove them.. Restart Machine and try installing Mcafee again

Also you got go to the registry to make sure that it's removed from there as well...

Click Start -> Run -> Type "Regedit"
Expand HKey_Local_Machine -> Software -> Search for Nod32 here and delete the folder
Then collapse the Hkey_Local_Machine folder...
Expand HKey_Current_User -> Software -> Search for Nod32 here and delete the folder.
