Crazy screen overlay programs?Alright, this is just gonna sound ridiculous, but I was wondering if there's any programs out there that can generate wild effects on your computer monitor? Like say, the whole monitor picture has a red overlay, or a fuzzy grainy thing going on, anything like that.
