What exactly are real world examples that utilize structured loops?

I am so new to this and the terminology sometimes confuses me. I am looking for real world examples that use structured loops. Anyone know what this means or where I can find answers to it?

Just to see an example? Parsing MPEG2 streams is one area.

Note that this is not a full application example, but scroll down to the section "Get the Program Information" in here. There is a nested loop structure that processes the programs and streams.

Since your terminology confuses me, all I can think of is washing dishes. It's repetitive, and you structure the repetition to do all plates, then silverware, etc...
