Just a quick update the problems have been solved and things seem to be ok. I know that the release that is going to retail stores isn't that big of a problem there are known bugs but all are minor and there are plans to fix these bugs. So if you can handle a few bugs then this should be hitting selves sometime soon if not there are plan I believe to release a patch sometime after the beginning of the year.
