Missing system32\drivers\ntfs.sysPlease, On installing Xp on a former version of Winme, it ran correctly but when I transfered file from an old drive to the installation, my widows could not start again. The message was "Missing system32\drivers\ntfs.sys" and I was instructed to use the original CDRom to repair. Who can this problem be solved when I do not have any original cdrom.

Re: Missing system32\drivers\ntfs.sysDownlod the NTFS.SYS file here http://www.dynamiclink.nl/htmfiles/r.../info_n/71.htm
Boot machine into Safemode, Tap F8 when machine starts and select safe mode. Copy the ntfs.sys file directly over C:\windows\system32 folder __________________
