what, u guys waiting for it to get SO filled-up that it will take at least 3 months for them to review your site (like how it is now at ODP)?

the important thing is that they're already listed on Google...

You have to add some extra meta tags and stuff. So until I get some information that it actually bring traffic, I won't care to get listed there.

Agree

I'm not sure it's worth bothering with until i know what kind of traffic it will bring in.

Anyone know how many hits its likely to get you?

I NEVER list my site anywhere hoping to get hits, instead i am always hoping that it will help boost my rankings with the search engines.

Here's a disturbing quirk of this directory:

It only allows one free listing per "domain". That's fine if you don't want people listing every page, BUT this means that only ONE Geocities or Tripod, etc site can be listed...atleast without hassling them. So for anyone hosting on free web providers, better get your site in now!
