AMD 64bit


What do you guys think about AMD new chip? I was think of maybe getting one not anytime real soon still too rich for my blood. Bu maybe later on.

I heard a lot about it,

but it all ends up at one place, the software that supports 64bit.

everything is faster, if the software is designed to work with 64bit

One thing I wasn't able to find out. I know that with 64bit there will no longer be a 4GB memory limit right? Would you necessarily need 64bit software to take advantage of that?

cpu-loser is on a distinguished road
the only thing i know about amd64 is that its a over kill for a home pc. and also the good thing about it is that it can support both 32 bit and 64 bit dats all i know hope it helps
