The forum looks nice, however what is the theme?

The them is related 90% to SEO problems and debates. Also the forum has topics about freelance working, and new about reviews and buy and sale!!!

both the websites are looking nice. hope your blog is very informative you can promote your blog in top photoshop blog sites. so that this blog site also get good commentors. you can also add the Recent commentors details in the right panel of you blog. hope this helps you to improve your new blog site.

I really like the layout on http://www.new-talks.com/. It's very clean and everything goes well together.

http://www.plugins-blog.com has a lot of ads in my opinion. Makes it seem some what unprofessional. Overall it's a nice design though.

i like the colours and feel of the first one!

but the second has a too dark background...

I feel that the website forum is great. However, there are too many posts by the admin.

I really like the header think the blue and green work really well.Might have looked cool if you had used the same blue in header across the board.
