Please help me with assembly language!

I have this project due for school and I cannot figure it out. Please help!

I need to write a program in assembly language which generates 50 random numbers between -20 and 20 and prints them on the screen. It seems so simple but I just cant figure it out. Can someone please help me with this coding?
