i choosed that name because it's my name "shady" plus the word buisness , but the word shady means suspicious so i was wondering if it was a good idea to go ahead and use that name for my web site design company or change some letters in the name , for example : shadidesgins --- shadedesigns ............ or to choose a whole different name like shadypixel or whatever........... so what do you think ?

Yeah, I would change the name. You don't want people to second guess your business.

But then, based on how many people still get suckered by spam, I don't think it would make that big of a difference.

put this into this url...nobody cares about your name...not search engines...or customers...websitedesigns.com makes lot more sense...is lot more search engine friendly...now most likely this name is not available...
then add 1800webdesign.com or something...because if you ever submit to directories...they go alphabetical order...numbers will give you higher ranks then...make you url name relevant to your business...your business is not about you it's what your customer is looking for

What's in the Name? You can have any name for a webdesign company, no issues with that but you should choose a SEO friendly name as it will give you beter rankings in search engines.
