We do quite big business in online generic pharmacy biz and looking for some new&fresh solutions for Visa/MasterCard processing.
We can even do the incorporation in every country required to get the best rates and the most stable and direct contact with the bank.

What do we have now in the industry of online e-commerce platforms for online pharmacy:

1) veripayment is the new name for Paysystems - well-known rip-off artists
2) ecs-world-instabill - will find ten ways not to pay you
3) CNP WORLDWIDE - rest in peace, BANKARD has new owner now
4) Chronopay didn't pay in time to my friends and now holding money with no actual reason (they said they processed controlles but there were no controls and they even can't show the proof) - Chronopay also is not good solution for long-term relationship for big pharmacy biz
5) Rx-payments - Israel guys, they have special bugs in the admin area so when they calculate the weekly payment actually they send you every time 10-15% less of the actual payment amount maybe because they are also rip-off artists maybe because they are unable to make good coding and calculation. If somebody still processing with them, you will be surprised if you count manually all the sales for the payout period and then compare this amount with the amount actually sent(of course minus all fees, holdback etc and still they send 10-15% less and did nothing to fix this) - so also big rip-off is located here

All of them approve your application for online pharmacy merchant account but after 1-2 months of processing even if you have no problems at all with chargebacks and if you stay below 1% they will first hold your regular payouts without notification and when you realise that next payment will never arrive you stop processing and totally your loss will be 2-3 weeks of processing volume with NO PAYOUTS and holdback lost for 1-2 months. That's was too much

What we did, we refunded all sales when we realised that we will not get paid and re-processed them via another stable processor. So actually fu**ers win nothing but got a lot of refunds and chargebacks after from not happy customers but that should give them a good lesson of how to deal with big pharmacy operators.

Be informed and make RESEARCHes before testing new solution for processing online pharmacy sales.

I've come to you for advice.. The online pharmacy I work for is looking for a merchant account processor, I've been assigned to find a merchant account for the company as the one we worked with before ripped us off, we've worked with several companies as they tell me and never seen the rolling reserve money from chargebacks. Im a little indie, to not say newbie about this, I can get you the information to help other users to not get ripped off.
now they've assigned me to look for a merchant account with 1 week in arrears, $50 charge back fee, and rolling reserve 10% they tell me there are some companies in germany and Australia that are relayable, as my relatives were german-jewish, I speak german aswell, so it would be not problem at all to contact them, what are your recommendations in this subject? I really could use a hand on this.

We are sort of in the same boat as RxNetwork and would be happy for any information. Merchant Account, Merchant Card Processor, E-checks, E-wallet... We have been through Multi Cards, Pay Systems, Instabill, Plugnpay and we are looking for a stable long term solution.
