Could anyone help me to find good free php IDE? I would appreciate any suggesions.

I don't know if it's good, but I like using Eclipse. I have been using it for quite a while now, and the only issue I have is that it can be a little slow sometimes.

If you are interested, and if you want to use the application to develop your PHP projects only, you can download the "Eclipse IDE for C/C++ Developers" package from this page: http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/

Once you have it installed (unzipped, actually), you can use the Updates option in the Menu i.e.
Help > Software Updates > Find and Install...
to download the PDT package, which is the one you need to turn it into a PHP IDE.

If you need a debugging tool, you will also need to install the Zend Debugger plug-in.
