Interesting new member

I noticed the newest member was mailbot_pwd_rtv, a suspicious name if I ever saw one. So I checked his profile. With no posts, this bot has one green square (mailbot_pwd_rtv is on a distinguished road). Based on the name, shouldn't it be an extinguished road?
