My computer hangs, system turns off suddenly

Hi everybody!!!
I m facing a very unusual problem.
As soon the load on the processor increases i.e. while playing games, working with office 07, or .Net, my system hangs and fan speeds up and then a blue screen appears giving message that an error has occured....dumping memory...
I have just formatted my disk, but the problem prevails. Also my motherboard and RAM has been replaced in this context, too.
Also, when my system turns off suddendly, it does not starts also. For restarting, i have to wait for 5 mins and turn off the UPS too.
Please provide me assistance on this issue.

Re: Enquiry

Sounds like a heat problem. Your heatsink may be slightly loose or just not big enough to handle the heat load as your CPU load increases.

Check your CPU heatsink to make sure it's seated correctly. You may have to take it off, apply some new thermal paste, and then reattach it. Also, make sure you have enough fans on the case to blow out the hot air. It used to be you could rely on the power supply fans to do it but not anymore.

One way to see if it's a heat issue is to take off the case. If your computer works better with the sides of the case removed, then it's most likely a heat problem. If that doesn't work, then we have to look at other things.

When you get the BLUE SCREEN! You should get a string of error numbers...

What is is the 0X?????? Number. That should i indentify whats causing the BSOD
