the bottom banner of google is too much big, with the various links to simplemachines, validators etc, your site goes out of my display, and my display is 19 in.
I'm using firefox, perhaps with IE this doesnt happen.

sorry to come back, I think the top google ads banner, is it better to put it in the middle?

I think generally it looks allright.I think you should have some kind of
border(dark blue perhaps) around the banner at the top.
I also think that grey rasberry shaped graphic that is to the far left
in every table cell could be a better more colourfull graphic.Overall it's
not bad though.
