try to use a free antivirus software, Like AVG antivirus, Avast antivirus...

hhhmmm.... thats a bad experience and I had it before as well, really terrible.

I guess you can have your PC reformat if any of those anti virus will not help your PC at all.

I think you need to use NOD32 antivirus. I hope it helps you alot.
