Mozilla Firebird Error

Arrrrrrrrggggggggggggggggggggg!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yesterday, I installed Flash MX 2004 Trial version. It asked if it wanted to install on my IE and Netscape browser. (I figured netscape meant mozilla).

However IT DIDN'T WORK! When installing flash on firebird, it somehow currupted the files. When I started firebird, it lost all of my information (profile stuff) and had a different set up.

So I copied a new installation over the currupt one, and replaced all of the files.

Then my appearence was replace to normal, and all of my bookmarks/links/history/other info was restored.

HOWEVER, I dont have a freaking scroll bar anymore!!!! Anyone know how to fix this?

I can still scroll using my middle scroll button on the mouse.

its probably worth you getting a newer Firebird build from http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.o.../latest-trunk/ if your continuing to have problems. Delete everything and create a new profile (don't forget to backup your bookmarks though ).

Let me know how that goes.

Just an update. I decided to copy/paste the new version of mozilla over my old one, I just didn't know how to save bookmark / links but it somehow saved them. Anyways, its all cool now

Just as a note it is safer to delete everything and then create a completely new folder than just to paste over it as some files are created within the folder when using mozilla. Anyway, if it works, it works

Firebird 0.8 will be out very soon so look out for that too.
