Error in starting Apache under Windows

Hi,
I am trying to start Apache and it gives me the following error

Apache.exe - Entry Point Not Found
The procedure entry point_apr_dynamic_fn_retrieve@4 could not be located in the dynamic link library libaprutil.dll

The version is Apache 2.0.43

This has been installed using MSI.

If i need to redo it how can i remove this installation, since it wont let me download another msi on same pc !!! Am stuck pls pls help me !!!
