This is two-part question:

#1) I was referred to create a lookup table for my problem, so here goes my question:

I have a web page (test.php) that draws the info. from a table in a database (MySQL database: br, table: test) . This web page includes multiple images. I already have an insert/update form that has a drop down image menu to choose which images are to be displayed on the web page from their selection. Unfortunately, only one image displays on the page and not the multiple that we need.

I was told to create a lookup. I know how to create one with Excel , but not with MySQL and code it in PHP.

My table: test fields are:
sandf_id
sandf_article
sandf_image

Obvious I'm suppose to create a lookup that creates a relationship with sandf_image.

a. Where do I begin?
b. How do I code this in my insert/update page(s)?
c. How do I code my test.php to retrieve the images or do I really need to touch it?

#2) The document that is being drawn from the database table and is being displayed on the webpage has words that I need to associate with links. For example, the word 'email', I'd like know how to associate that word with an actual email link. Is this impossible?

By the way, I'm developing this site for people who don't have a clue about web page designing. I'm trying to make this as simple as possible for them to be able insert/update information by filling in a form and selections from menus. I've got the majority of the work done, it's just these little things that I have questioned above need clarification.
